Qualification

Applicants must possess a minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized national or international university or institute.

Experience

Candidates must have:

  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Area Manager.

  • Preference will be given to candidates having experience supervising branch networks in Peshawar and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth through increased lending, deposits, and outreach activities.

  • Supervise a network of 15 to 25 branches.

  • Execute the bank's credit and business policies.

  • Achieve loan disbursement, recovery, and business targets.

  • Lead branch operations related to deposits, lending, recovery, and NPL management.

  • Develop strong relationships with farmers, agriculture stakeholders, government departments, suppliers, and business communities.

  • Represent the bank at seminars, conferences, and industry events.

  • Ensure profitability and operational efficiency across branches.

  • Identify opportunities for branch expansion, opening, and relocation.

  • Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, AML, CFT, and KYC requirements.

  • Implement quality assurance standards throughout the branch network.

  • Review and evaluate branch financial and operational performance.

  • Perform additional assignments assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Maximum age limit: 50 years.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

  • Candidates convicted by any court of law are not eligible.

  • Candidates dismissed or terminated by previous employers on disciplinary grounds are not eligible.
