Position Details

Facility Manager

WUSAT Developers is looking for a qualified and experienced Facility Manager capable of overseeing all facility operations, maintenance planning, vendor management, safety compliance, and administrative functions.

Required Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Degree in Facilities Management or related discipline preferred

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in facility operations and maintenance
Strong background in administration and facility management
Experience handling large-scale commercial or residential facilities

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day building operations
Manage HVAC systems, generators, electrical systems, and water infrastructure
Ensure uninterrupted facility services

Maintenance Management

Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Reduce equipment downtime
Monitor maintenance performance

Budget & Procurement

Manage facility budgets
Control procurement activities
Supervise vendor contracts and service agreements

Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Conduct inspections and risk assessments
Implement safety procedures and policies

Team Supervision

Manage housekeeping, security, administrative, and support staff
Coordinate departmental activities
Monitor employee performance

Space & Asset Management

Manage office and facility space utilization
Oversee asset inventory and maintenance records
Ensure efficient use of resources

Reporting

Prepare monthly facility management reports
Submit performance reports to senior management
Recommend improvements and operational enhancements
