TCP, a state-owned company under the Ministry of Commerce, is seeking a highly qualified Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the corporation. TCP is responsible for importing commodities for strategic reserves and supporting government programs, requiring a CEO with strategic vision, management expertise, and knowledge of domestic and international trade.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Finance, Commerce, or Law

  • 15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in senior management roles (Director or CEO) in large private or public sector organizations

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities

Other Mandatory Requirements

  • No adverse legal or regulatory history

  • Knowledge of trade finance, international trade, and commodity markets

  • Maximum age: 60 years

  • Must be a citizen of Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead TCP in strategic planning, policy implementation, and operational management

  • Ensure efficient financial and HR management, safeguarding company resources

  • Manage domestic and international trade operations, including imports, supply chain, and commodity market monitoring

  • Supervise all departments and ensure compliance with governing laws, regulations, and statutory obligations

  • Represent TCP in high-level government and industry forums

  • Develop reports, presentations, and technical documentation for board and stakeholders
