Position Available:

Qualification & Experience:

Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Finance, Commerce, or Law from HEC-recognized institute
Minimum 5 years of experience in senior management positions (Director or Chief Executive) in large private or public sector organizations
Professional and leadership competence in financial management, HR management, and corporate governance

Other Mandatory Requirements:

No adverse or pending legal matters
Must be a citizen of Pakistan
Age limit: not more than 60 years as of the advertisement date
Strong skills in trade finance, international trade, and commodity market dynamics

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the efficient management of TCP and oversee operational and financial matters
Implement strategies, policies, and procedures for governance and performance
Ensure proper HR management, operational control, and resource safeguarding
Drive growth, profitability, and effective organizational performance
