The Bank of Punjab is hiring a senior internal audit professional to lead the Management Services (MS) Audit function. The role focuses on governance, risk management, internal controls, and improving organizational effectiveness across the bank.

📌 Job Role Summary

The Head of Management Services Audit will be responsible for leading the internal audit function related to management services, ensuring strong governance frameworks, risk-based audit planning, and compliance with banking standards and regulations.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Management Services (MS) Audit function across the bank

  • Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans

  • Ensure governance, internal control, and compliance effectiveness

  • Evaluate financial and management reporting controls

  • Review organizational performance and operational efficiency

  • Approve audit scope, budget, and engagement planning

  • Monitor audit execution and overall performance

  • Coordinate with Audit Committee, SBP, and external auditors

  • Ensure timely reporting of audit findings and recommendations

  • Strengthen risk management and control environment

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

  • Minimum MBA / M.Com / MSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • OR CA / ACCA / CIA (preferred certifications such as CIA, CISA are an advantage)

💼 Experience:

  • 9 to 12 years of total professional experience

  • Minimum 5 years in Internal Audit (mandatory)

🎂 Age Limit:

  • Up to 50 years at the time of application
