Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Graduation required

  • Preference for Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent

  • Chartered Accountant or relevant compliance certifications preferred

  • Certifications like CAMS, CFCS, CCEP, CGSS will be an added advantage

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Compliance, Audit, Operations, Risk, or Internal Controls in financial institutions

  • At least 5 years of senior-level compliance experience required

  • Candidates must meet State Bank of Pakistan Fit and Proper Test criteria

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure banking operations comply with regulatory requirements

  • Manage AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, and compliance risk frameworks

  • Coordinate with regulators regarding compliance matters

  • Develop compliance policies, guidelines, and internal control systems

  • Lead compliance risk mitigation and governance initiatives

  • Serve on different bank committees as required
