Eligibility Criteria

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

  • 16-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

  • ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a senior management role

  • Strong knowledge of finance, investments, treasury operations, and corporate governance

Chief Internal Auditor

  • Master's degree in Finance or related field

  • At least 10 years of audit experience, including 3 years at senior management level

  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or equivalent qualification preferred

  • Strong understanding of SOEs, governance structures, risk assessment, and internal controls

Company Secretary

  • Member of a recognized professional accounting or corporate governance body

  • 16-year degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in government departments, corporations, autonomous bodies, or public companies

  • Excellent communication and corporate governance skills

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 55 years
