Tribal Areas Electricity Supply Company (TESCO), a public sector power utility operating under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), is inviting applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The company seeks a highly qualified, experienced, and result-oriented professional with strong leadership and management skills to lead the organization toward operational excellence, sustainable growth, and improved customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • At least 20 years of post-qualification professional experience, including 3 years in a senior management or C-Level position.

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, organizational management, and communication skills.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the power distribution sector, regulatory framework, and emerging industry challenges.

  • Proven experience in corporate transformation, governance, change management, and organizational restructuring.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results in complex and challenging environments.

Age Limit

  • Maximum 62 years as of the closing date of applications.

Contract & Benefits

  • Competitive market-based salary package.

  • Initial contract period of 3 years, subject to annual performance evaluation by the Board of Directors.
