Tribal Areas Electricity Supply Company (TESCO), operating under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), is seeking applications from highly experienced and result-oriented professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The selected candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving operational excellence, and ensuring sustainable growth of the organization.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

  • At least 20 years of post-qualification professional experience, including 3 years in a senior management or C-Level position.

  • Strong leadership, organizational management, strategic planning, and communication skills.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the power distribution sector, regulatory framework, and industry challenges.

  • Proven experience in corporate transformation, governance, organizational restructuring, and change management.

  • Ability to deliver measurable results in complex environments.

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 62 years as of the closing date.

Salary & Contract

  • Competitive market-based remuneration package.

  • Initial contract period of 3 years, subject to annual performance evaluation by the Board of Directors.
