Isam Kabbani & Partners for Construction & Maintenance Co. is hiring experienced construction and maintenance professionals for multiple projects across Saudi Arabia. The company is looking for skilled technical staff, operators, drivers, electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, carpenters, welders, painters, masons, and other construction trades to support ongoing infrastructure and industrial projects.

Selected candidates will be responsible for executing construction, installation, maintenance, repair, and operational tasks according to company standards while maintaining workplace safety and quality requirements. Candidates should have relevant trade experience, technical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant trade certification or diploma (preferred).

  • Technical knowledge related to the applied position.

  • Valid driving or equipment operating license (for operator/driver positions).

  • Good physical fitness.

  • Ability to work in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Gulf (GCC) experience preferred.

  • Experience on large construction projects.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
