We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Engineer & ERP Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and ERP environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, user access management, data protection, ERP support, and ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Windows/Linux servers and enterprise IT infrastructure.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

  • Perform regular data backups and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.

  • Administer and support ERP applications, including user management and system configuration.

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for IT and ERP-related issues.

  • Maintain system security by applying updates, patches, and security best practices.

  • Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for system enhancements and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in System Administration.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization.

  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Good communication and documentation skills.
