Detailed Job Description

Sindh Testing Services Pakistan (STS) is inviting applications from qualified, energetic, and committed individuals for various examination and assessment staff positions. The selected candidates will support STS in conducting recruitment examinations, admission tests, screening tests, and other assessment activities across Sindh Province.

These positions are assignment-based and require candidates to work during examinations, including weekends (Saturday/Sunday), public holidays, and evenings whenever necessary. Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Successful applicants will assist in maintaining examination integrity, supervising examination centers, monitoring candidates, ensuring compliance with examination procedures, and supporting the smooth execution of testing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Chief Exam Supervisor

  • Supervise examination operations.

  • Ensure compliance with examination policies.

  • Coordinate examination staff.

  • Submit reports after examination completion.

Bio-Metric Verification Officer

  • Verify candidate identity using biometric systems.

  • Operate biometric devices.

  • Resolve verification issues.

Test Center / Zone Supervisor

  • Manage assigned examination centers.

  • Coordinate invigilators and support staff.

  • Ensure examinations are conducted fairly.

Invigilator

  • Monitor examination halls.

  • Verify candidate attendance.

  • Prevent unfair means during examinations.

  • Follow STS examination procedures.

Resident Inspector

  • Inspect examination centers.

  • Monitor staff performance.

  • Report irregularities.

Security / Verification Officer

  • Check candidate identification.

  • Maintain examination security.

  • Control entry and exit at examination centers.

Centre Planning & Monitoring Officer

  • Assist in examination planning.

  • Monitor examination operations.

  • Coordinate logistics and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational qualification according to the position applied for.

  • Degree from an HEC-recognized institution where applicable.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Willingness to travel within Sindh.

  • Availability on weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
