The Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from highly qualified and experienced professionals for various IT, technical, cybersecurity, DevOps, and infrastructure-related roles under the PMIU-SELECT project.

This initiative aims to strengthen digital transformation, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system reliability within the education sector of Sindh.

Position Type

  • Title: IT & Technical Experts (Multiple Specializations)

  • Nature: Project-Based (EOI – Consultancy/Contract)

  • Organization: RSU – PMIU SELECT (Sindh Education Department)

  • Location: Sindh, Pakistan

Key Technical Domains / Roles Required

Candidates are invited from multiple specialized IT fields, including:

1. System Administration & IT Infrastructure

  • MCSA / MCSE or equivalent expertise

  • Azure / Cloud Administration

  • Linux System Administration (RHCSA / RHCE)

  • Data Center Operations (DR / Backup Systems)

2. Networking & Security

  • CompTIA Network+ / Security+

  • CCNA / CCNP (Cisco Certifications)

  • Cybersecurity certifications (CEH, CISSP or equivalent)

3. DevOps & Software Engineering

  • CI/CD pipeline management

  • GitLab / Git-based workflows

  • DevOps tools and automation systems

  • Software deployment and monitoring systems

4. Backup, Recovery & DR Systems

  • Veeam / Backup Solutions expertise

  • Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and implementation

Eligibility Criteria

  • Relevant HEC-recognized qualification

  • Strong professional experience in relevant IT domain

  • Industry certifications preferred

  • Ability to manage enterprise-level systems and infrastructure

  • Experience in public or large-scale IT projects will be an advantage
