An emerging public sector institution in the higher education sector operating under a trust has announced multiple senior-level positions for qualified and experienced professionals from across Pakistan. The organization is focused on institutional development, governance, leadership, and strategic transformation initiatives.

These positions are offered on a merit basis and require strong leadership capability, academic background, and proven professional experience in relevant fields.

Executive Director (ED)
1 Post – Minimum Age: 40 Years
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or higher from a recognized university with at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including senior executive roles such as Vice Chancellor, Dean, Director, CEO, or equivalent positions in public, private, or academic institutions.

Applicants must demonstrate expertise in institutional governance, organizational transformation, academic leadership, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and strategic development at large-scale organizations.

Project Director (PD)
1 Post – Minimum Age: 40 Years
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields. A Master’s degree will be preferred. Applicants must have at least 20 years of experience with a minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale infrastructure, EPC projects, or public sector development programs.

Strong expertise in procurement, contract management, financial control, project execution, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks is required.

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
1 Post – Minimum Age: 35 Years
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related discipline with at least 15 years of professional experience, including 5 years in senior HR leadership roles.

Applicants should have expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and change management systems.

Analyst
Multiple Posts – Minimum Age: 24 Years
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields. A Master’s degree will be preferred.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience including research, reporting, data analysis, policy work, or consulting assignments. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and tools like Power BI or similar analytics software are required.
