Eligibility & Experience
Master’s degree or higher from a recognized and reputable university (or equivalent professional qualification)
Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience
At least 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role in:
Academia
Public administration
Corporate sector
Non-profit organizations
International development sector
Key Competencies
Strategic leadership and institutional transformation
Financial and administrative management
Organizational development and governance
Stakeholder engagement and policy leadership
Proven record of managing large-scale institutions
2. Trust Secretary
Position Details
Number of Posts: 01
Minimum Age: 35 years
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent (HEC-recognized)
ORLaw graduate
ORMember of recognized professional bodies:
ICAP / ACCA (Accounting professionals)
ICSP / ICSA (Corporate/Chartered Secretaries)
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
Preference for candidates with:
Trust / corporate / institutional management experience
Strong compliance and governance background
