Eligibility & Experience

  • Master’s degree or higher from a recognized and reputable university (or equivalent professional qualification)

  • Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience

  • At least 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role in:

    • Academia

    • Public administration

    • Corporate sector

    • Non-profit organizations

    • International development sector

2. Trust Secretary

Position Details

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent (HEC-recognized)
    OR

  • Law graduate
    OR

  • Member of recognized professional bodies:

    • ICAP / ACCA (Accounting professionals)

    • ICSP / ICSA (Corporate/Chartered Secretaries)

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

  • Preference for candidates with:

    • Trust / corporate / institutional management experience

    • Strong compliance and governance background
