Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, is inviting applications from qualified professionals for the position of Manager Coordination International IT Workforce Development. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to Pakistan’s IT sector growth and international workforce development initiatives.

Position

  • Manager Coordination International IT Workforce Development

Eligibility Criteria

  • Maximum Age: 40 Years

  • Minimum 16 years of education in ICT, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, International Relations, Project Management, Social Sciences, Humanities, Public Policy, Management Sciences, or related disciplines.

  • Master’s degree in Project Management or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in:

    • Managing national or international programs

    • Skills development initiatives

    • Digital transformation projects

    • Government or donor-funded projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Implementation

  • Monitoring & Reporting

  • Policy Development & Documentation

  • Stakeholder Coordination & Engagement

  • Managing government, academia, industry, and international partnerships

Preferred Experience

  • Public sector or semi-government organization experience

  • International workforce mobility and placement programs

  • Collaboration with national and international stakeholders
