Job Description

Applications are invited for the post of Principal, Swabi Model School Kotha Swabi (BPS-20) on a contract basis for three years.

The selected candidate will be responsible for school leadership, academic supervision, administration, teaching management, staff coordination, and overall institutional development.

Requirements

Candidates must have M.A / M.Sc. with at least 2nd Division from a recognized university and 20 years of administrative and teaching experience in BPS-17 or above in the public sector. Preference will be given to candidates with 2 years of management/administration experience in BPS-20.

Retired Army officers of the rank of Colonel or equivalent rank in Pakistan Navy/Air Force may also apply if they meet the required education and experience criteria.

Age Limit

40 to 55 years
