Job Description

The SME Batch focuses on developing and managing relationships with SME and corporate customers while driving business growth and portfolio expansion. Selected candidates will identify financing opportunities, manage credit proposals, and contribute to the bank’s lending and deposit growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve business targets and portfolio growth across SME, Corporate, and SBP schemes.

  • Acquire new clients and strengthen existing customer relationships.

  • Identify business opportunities and structure financing solutions.

  • Manage credit proposals and related documentation.

  • Drive cross-selling initiatives and generate funded/non-funded business.

  • Conduct regular customer visits and ensure timely collections.

Job Description

The Agriculture Credits Batch focuses on agricultural financing, credit management, portfolio monitoring, and customer support for farmers and agribusinesses. Candidates will work closely with agricultural clients and support lending operations across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and achieve agricultural credit product targets.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments for end-to-end process completion.

  • Manage recovery and collection of assigned portfolios.

  • Conduct stock and field inspections.

  • Prepare and submit inspection reports.

  • Manage renewal and review of credit facilities.

  • Maintain proper record keeping and file management.

Qualification
