Project Director (PPS-10) Jobs 2026 – Planning & Development Department Balochistan

The Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan has announced a vacancy for the position of Project Director (PPS-10) under the Project Management Unit (PMU) for the Implementation of Master Plan of Sui Town (SMP) project. Applications are invited from dynamic, qualified, and result-oriented professionals. The appointment will be made on a contract basis for an initial period of two (02) years, which may be extended subject to satisfactory performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess at least 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in any of the following disciplines:

  • Public Administration

  • Management Sciences

  • Project Management

  • Development Studies

  • Public Policy

  • Economics

  • Social Sciences

OR

A minimum of 16 years of education in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.

Required Experience

Candidates should have:

  • Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience in public sector development or project management.

  • Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:

    • Multi-sector development projects and Project Management Units (PMUs)

    • Education, Health, and Infrastructure sectors

    • Coordination with Government departments, donors, and development partners

    • Development projects in Balochistan
