The Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) invites applications from highly experienced and senior retired government officers for the position of Chief Coordinator (Mandatory Promotion Training). This is a prestigious short-term contractual assignment aimed at strengthening training standards and professional capacity building within the organization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing mandatory promotion training programs for officers across various grades in line with approved training modules and institutional standards.

Position Details

  • Organization: Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation

  • Post Title: Chief Coordinator – Mandatory Promotion Training

  • Contract Duration: 6 Months

  • Monthly Honorarium: Rs. 225,000

  • Location: Islamabad (Headquarters – Sector G-5)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a retired Federal Government officer (BS-20 or above)

  • Maximum age limit: 62 years (as of 1 July 2026)

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in:

    • Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation

    • Ministry of Information & Broadcasting

    • Civil Services training institutions

  • Experience in conducting or managing training programs (e.g., STPs, civil services training modules)

Key Responsibilities

The selected professional will be responsible for:

  • Supervising mandatory promotion training programs for BS-18 to BS-20 officers

  • Managing training curriculum based on approved modules

  • Ensuring compliance with institutional training standards

  • Coordinating with training faculty and administrative teams

  • Overseeing execution of structured training programs (6-week modules)

  • Reporting progress to senior management of PBC

Selection Criteria

  • Proven senior-level administrative experience

  • Strong background in training, capacity building, or civil service development

  • Leadership experience in government or public sector organizations

  • Familiarity with institutional training frameworks (MCMC, SMC, NMC, STPs, etc.)
