Applications are invited for multiple temporary government positions under the Office of Provincial Ombudsperson Balochistan. These posts are likely to be made permanent based on performance and departmental requirements. Eligible candidates from across Balochistan are encouraged to apply according to their qualifications and experience.

The available positions include a range of administrative, clerical, and support staff roles across different Basic Pay Scales (BPS).

Assistant Private Secretary (B-16)

Candidates must be graduates with English shorthand speed of 120 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute. Strong office management and secretarial skills will be preferred.

Assistant (B-16)
03 Posts
Applicants must be graduates from a recognized university with at least three years of relevant government sector experience.

Assistant Computer Operator (B-12)
01 Post
Candidates must be at least Intermediate qualified with a 6-month diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Junior Clerk (B-11)
02 Posts
Intermediate qualification required with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Telephone Operator (B-11)
01 Post
Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) from a recognized board is required.

Driver (B-04)
01 Post
Primary pass candidates with valid LTV driving license and at least 3 years of driving experience are eligible.

Naib Qasid (B-01)
03 Posts
Candidates must be literate and physically fit for support duties.

General Instructions
Applicants must submit their applications to PO Box No. 377, GPO Quetta within 15 days of advertisement publication. All educational documents, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, and two recent passport-size photographs must be attached with the application.

Age limit is 18 to 28 years with general age relaxation as per Government of Balochistan rules. Quota policy includes 5% for women, 5% for minorities, and 5% for disabled persons.

Candidates may apply for more than one post but must submit separate applications for each position. Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test or interview. No TA/DA will be provided.

The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any post without prior notice.
