Vacant Positions

1. Sub Engineer (Civil) – 1 Position

  • Qualification: DAE (Civil) or B.Tech (Civil) from a recognized institution (preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering).

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects.

  • Skills Required:

    • Site supervision and project execution

    • BOQ preparation

    • Quantity estimation

    • Quality control

    • Contractor supervision

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office

2. Account Assistants – 2 Positions

  • Qualification: B.Com (Minimum qualification)

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a housing society.

  • Skills Required:

    • Knowledge of journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements

    • Ability to prepare and maintain balance sheets

    • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
