Required Experience and Skills

Fresh graduates with a strong academic record are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience will be an added advantage. Candidates should have strong analytical, research and report-writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills are also necessary. The official TOR mentions that this role includes research and analysis on climate change adaptation, mitigation and disaster risk reduction interventions. It also includes support in concept notes, proposals, technical documents, data collection, programme planning, monitoring, reporting, progress reports, policy briefs, presentations, knowledge products and stakeholder coordination.
