Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Health Department has announced a Request for Expression of Interest for Individual Consulting Services under the National Health Support Program (NHSP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The program is supported through World Bank financing to improve equitable delivery and quality of essential health services at the primary healthcare level in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with a focus on Universal Health Coverage. Required Qualification

Candidates must have a Master’s degree or higher qualification in Public Health, Epidemiology, Nutrition, Biostatistics, or a related field.

Required Experience

Applicants must have at least 7 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates should have experience in conducting baseline or endline surveys, strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, experience working with government or donor-funded programs, and sound knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research tools and analysis methods.

Scope of Work

The selected consultant will provide technical assistance for baseline assessment related to MMS and MMT in District Mardan and Malakand. The assignment will involve survey planning, data collection support, analysis of quantitative and qualitative information, reporting, and coordination with relevant project stakeholders as required under the Terms of Reference.

Interested individual consultants must submit a Letter of Expression of Interest showing their ability, skills, and experience to undertake the assignment and deliver the required outputs under the TOR. Applicants must also provide an updated and signed CV highlighting relevant qualifications and similar assignments, a recent photograph, references for possible checks, attested copies of educational documents, and experience certificates.

Selection Process

Consultants will be selected according to World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. The selection process will follow the required procurement procedures, including review of qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the assignment. Applicants must also follow conflict of interest requirements under World Bank procurement rules.
