Isam Kabbani & Partners for Construction & Maintenance Co. (IKK Group), one of Saudi Arabia's leading construction and maintenance companies, is hiring experienced technical and skilled workers for ongoing infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects across Saudi Arabia.

The company is looking for qualified professionals in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil construction, finishing, and equipment operation. Successful candidates will perform installation, maintenance, repair, fabrication, and construction activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications and international safety standards.

Applicants should possess relevant trade experience, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. Preference will be given to candidates with Gulf (GCC) experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

  • Execute construction and maintenance work according to engineering drawings.

  • Operate tools, machinery, and heavy equipment safely.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

  • Maintain quality standards throughout project execution.

  • Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to complete assigned work.

  • Maintain accurate work records and daily progress reports.

  • Follow company procedures and project timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant technical diploma, vocational certificate, or trade qualification.

  • Experience in the respective trade.

  • Good understanding of construction and maintenance procedures.

  • Ability to read technical drawings (where applicable).

  • Physically fit to work on construction sites.

  • Valid operator or driving license (for applicable positions).

  • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Gulf (GCC) work experience.

  • Knowledge of international safety standards.

  • Experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

  • Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
