Qualification
Applicants must possess a Master's degree or a 4-year BS degree in any of the following disciplines:
Project Management
Business Administration
Public Policy
International Relations
Rural Development
International Development
Political Science
Law
Development Management
Social Sciences
Management Sciences
Any other relevant discipline
The degree must be obtained from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience
Candidates must have:
Minimum 15 years of professional experience at the international, national, or provincial level.
Proven experience in managing PSDP and/or foreign-funded projects.
Experience in project planning, budgeting, procurement, administration, monitoring, and execution.
Strong expertise in project management and stakeholder coordination.
Experience working with international financial institutions, federal and provincial governments, and development partners.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Salary Package
Equivalent to PPS-12 salary package or as approved in the PC-I.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP).
Manage project planning, implementation, and monitoring activities.
Coordinate with federal and provincial governments.
Liaise with international financial institutions and development partners.
Oversee project budgets, procurement, and administration.
Ensure timely execution of project objectives and deliverables.
Provide strategic leadership for climate resilience and flood adaptation initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders and ensure effective project governance.
