Qualification

Applicants must possess a Master's degree or a 4-year BS degree in any of the following disciplines:

  • Project Management

  • Business Administration

  • Public Policy

  • International Relations

  • Rural Development

  • International Development

  • Political Science

  • Law

  • Development Management

  • Social Sciences

  • Management Sciences

  • Any other relevant discipline

The degree must be obtained from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience

Candidates must have:

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience at the international, national, or provincial level.

  • Proven experience in managing PSDP and/or foreign-funded projects.

  • Experience in project planning, budgeting, procurement, administration, monitoring, and execution.

  • Strong expertise in project management and stakeholder coordination.

  • Experience working with international financial institutions, federal and provincial governments, and development partners.

  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Salary Package

  • Equivalent to PPS-12 salary package or as approved in the PC-I.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP).

  • Manage project planning, implementation, and monitoring activities.

  • Coordinate with federal and provincial governments.

  • Liaise with international financial institutions and development partners.

  • Oversee project budgets, procurement, and administration.

  • Ensure timely execution of project objectives and deliverables.

  • Provide strategic leadership for climate resilience and flood adaptation initiatives.

  • Engage with stakeholders and ensure effective project governance.
