Qualification & Registration

  • Minimum 16 years of education

  • Specialization in Civil Engineering (BS/BE)

  • From HEC recognized institutions

  • Professional certification will be preferred

Experience Required

  • Minimum 10 years professional experience in project management

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Project planning

    • Government procedures

    • Management fundamentals

  • Experience in Balochistan will be an added advantage

Age Limit

  • Minimum: 35 years

  • Maximum: 62 years (closing date of application)

Contract Duration

  • Initially 3 years contract

  • Extendable for 1 year increments based on performance and project needs

Salary Package

  • PPS-9 scale

  • As per Finance Division guidelines (April 2022 notification)

Responsibilities (Key Role)

The Deputy Project Director will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring project performance

  • Ensuring timely execution of work

  • Risk identification and mitigation

  • Progress reporting

  • Coordination with stakeholders

  • Administrative and financial supervision

  • Resolving day-to-day operational issues

  • Assisting higher authorities in decision-making
