A public sector higher education institution operating under a trust has announced multiple leadership and analytical positions for highly qualified professionals across Pakistan. The organization is seeking experienced individuals to support institutional development, governance, transformation, and research-driven operations. All positions are offered on a merit basis.

Executive Director (ED)
1 Post – Minimum Age: 40 Years
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or higher from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification. A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience is required, including at least 5 years in senior executive roles such as Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Dean, CEO, or equivalent positions in higher education, public administration, or corporate sector.

Applicants should demonstrate strong expertise in institutional development, governance, academic leadership, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and organizational transformation. Experience in managing large-scale educational institutions, research systems, or international collaborations will be considered highly desirable.

Project Director (PD)
1 Post – Minimum Age: 40 Years
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree in relevant discipline will be preferred. A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience is required, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles managing infrastructure, EPC projects, or large-scale institutional developments.

Strong expertise in project planning, procurement, contract management, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks is essential. Experience in public sector development projects will be an added advantage. PEC registration (where applicable) will be preferred.

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
1 Post – Minimum Age: 35 Years
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field. A minimum of 15 years of professional experience is required, including at least 5 years in senior HR leadership roles.

Applicants should have proven experience in HR strategy, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, and change management. Strong knowledge of modern HR systems and governance frameworks is required.

Analyst
6 Posts – Minimum Age: 24 Years
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or related discipline. A Master’s degree will be preferred.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience including internships, research work, or analytical assignments. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI, along with data analysis, reporting, and presentation abilities are required.
