Organization: Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) – State-Owned Enterprise

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Position: Company Secretary (OPF-11)

Qualification Requirements:

  • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; OR

  • Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; OR

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience

  • At least 5 years as a Company Secretary in Corporate Governance, SOE Governance Framework, Regulatory Compliance, and Company Secretarial Practices

Age Limit: Maximum 50 years

Remuneration: Market-based negotiable salary commensurate with experience
Benefits: Allowances as per applicable OPF rules/regulations

Key Responsibilities & Features:

  • Comply with “fit and proper” criteria as per SOEs Act 2023

  • Maintain strong communication, integrity, professionalism, and transparency

  • Proficient in legal drafting and corporate documentation

  • Appointment in accordance with applicable laws, rules, guidelines, and procedures

  • Two-year contract (extendable based on performance)
