Selected candidates may be posted in the following cities:

Abbottabad, Bannu, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hyderabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Karachi, Larkana, Mianwali, Mirpurkhas, Multan, Peshawar, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Sukkur, Swat, and Vehari.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have minimum graduation or equivalent qualification from a local or international university, college, or institute recognized by HEC Pakistan.

Candidates having a Master’s degree in Business or professional certifications such as AIBP or JAIBP will be preferred.

The maximum age limit is 28 years as on the last date of application submission.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of banking experience in sales or relationship management.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new SME clients to grow the bank’s SME lending portfolio. They will develop client acquisition strategies, promote financing products, manage existing client relationships, and regularly review clients’ financial health and performance.

The role also includes conducting client visits, analyzing financial statements, assessing creditworthiness, preparing credit proposals, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, monitoring risk signals, and achieving assigned business targets.

Required Skills and Competencies

Applicants should have strong knowledge of SME banking, commercial banking, credit lending, trade finance, customer relationship management, financial analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should also have good communication skills, sales orientation, interpersonal skills, customer handling ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Selection Procedure

Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a mandatory assessment test. Further processing may include panel interviews.

No TA/DA will be admissible for the assessment test or interview.
