The KW&SC invites applications from qualified individual consultants for various technical, engineering, finance, and project management positions under the Project Implementation Unit (PIU). These positions are part of the donor-funded water and sewerage improvement project supported by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

  • Deputy Project Director

  • Technical & Engineering Specialist (Electro-Mechanical)

  • Finance Associate

  • Head Operational Reforms

  • Manager Technical & Engineering

  • Technical & Engineering Specialist (Civil/Mechanical/Environmental)

Eligibility:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, Finance, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3–20 years of experience depending on the position

  • Professional certifications (PMP, FIDIC, or equivalent) preferred

  • Experience with donor-funded or World Bank projects

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultancy for project design, implementation, monitoring, and technical support

  • Manage civil, mechanical, and electro-mechanical infrastructure projects

  • Prepare TORs, technical specifications, contracts, and reports

  • Ensure compliance with international standards and donor guidelines
