Position Details

President / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The selected candidate will lead one of Pakistan's largest commercial banks and will be responsible for strategic direction, governance, business growth, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualification

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent qualification

  • Degree must be recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan

  • Local or foreign qualification acceptable

Experience Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be a career banker

  • Have at least 5 years of experience at senior management level

  • Hold the rank of Executive Vice President (EVP) or above

  • Have equivalent experience in a Bank or Development Finance Institution (DFI)

Age Criteria

Candidates must be:

  • Minimum Age: 40 Years

  • Maximum Age: 62 Years

Age will be calculated on the closing date of the advertisement.

Eligibility Criteria
