The Chief Minister Inspection Team (CMIT), Government of Balochistan, invites applications from qualified Engineers and Technical Experts for Third Party Validation (TPV) of ongoing and completed PSDP projects. The project is initially for a duration of 3 to 6 months and may be extended based on satisfactory performance. Selected professionals will be responsible for validating technical specifications, construction quality, project implementation, quantity benchmarking, and compliance with approved PC-1 documents.

CMIT is seeking experienced engineers with expertise in infrastructure, buildings, roads, irrigation, water resources, and energy sectors. Candidates with monitoring, validation, and implementation oversight experience in public sector projects will be preferred.

Available Positions:

  1. Team Lead / Senior Engineer (Civil Infrastructure)
    • Qualification: MS Civil Engineering
    • Experience: Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience
    • Preference: Monitoring and implementation oversight of TPV or public sector projects

  2. Civil Engineer / Mid-Level Engineer (Buildings & Infrastructure)
    • Qualification: BSc Civil Engineering
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
    • Preference: TPV or public sector project monitoring experience

  3. Civil Engineer / Mid-Level Engineer (Roads & Allied Infrastructure)
    • Qualification: BSc Civil Engineering
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years in roads, highways, and bridges projects

  4. Civil Engineer / Mid-Level Engineer (Irrigation & Water Resources)
    • Qualification: BSc Civil Engineering
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years in water sector projects

  5. Electrical/Electronics Engineer (Energy Sector)
    • Qualification: BSc Electrical Engineering
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years in energy-related engineering projects

Monthly Package:

• Team Lead / Senior Engineer

  • Rs. 700,000 Salary

  • Rs. 200,000 Logistics Allowance

  • Subject to monthly satisfactory performance

• Support Engineers

  • Rs. 500,000 Salary

  • Rs. 200,000 Logistics Allowance

  • Subject to monthly satisfactory performance

Required Documents:

• Updated CV with CNIC
• Attested academic credentials
• Evidence of practical experience
• PEC Registration Certificate (where applicable)
• TPV monitoring experience certificates
• Supporting project documents
• Experience with Government, Semi-Government, or International Development Organizations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate PC-1 documents, BOQs, specifications, contracts, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct field monitoring and data collection
• Identify discrepancies, cost overruns, technical deviations, and delays
• Recommend corrective actions and technical solutions
• Validate quality compliance and structural integrity
• Assist with desk reviews, site inspections, and technical reporting
• Strengthen CMIT technical oversight functions

Important Notes:

• No government vehicles will be provided
• Engineers will arrange office setup, transportation, fuel, TA/DA, and field equipment themselves
• Age limit: Up to 55 years
