Missing Children Investigation Officer Jobs 2026

A leading child protection organization in Karachi is seeking applications from dynamic, dedicated, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Missing Children Investigation Officer. The role focuses on child protection, recovery and reunification of missing children, safeguarding vulnerable children, and supporting investigations related to child welfare cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field investigations related to missing children cases.

  • Coordinate with police, government departments, hospitals, shelters, and community stakeholders.

  • Conduct interviews, fact-finding inquiries, and evidence gathering.

  • Prepare investigation reports, case summaries, and progress updates.

  • Follow up on leads and assist in child tracing, recovery, and reunification efforts.

  • Support research and case analysis involving missing and abused children.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in investigations, field operations, journalism, law enforcement, social development, or related sectors.

  • Strong analytical, communication, interviewing, and report-writing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and undertake field assignments when required.

  • Resident of Karachi with strong knowledge of local communities, neighborhoods, and administrative jurisdictions.
