Job Description

ZTBL is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Head Credit Policy SVP-I/SVP. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing the Bank’s credit policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, strengthening risk management frameworks, and supporting agricultural financing initiatives. The role requires strategic leadership, policy formulation expertise, stakeholder coordination, and oversight of credit operations and digital credit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, review, and update the Bank’s Credit Policy and Credit Manual.

  • Develop and implement agricultural credit policies and delivery mechanisms.

  • Manage annual account closing processes with focus on credit portfolio accuracy and compliance.

  • Prepare annual budgets, estimates, manpower plans, and regulatory statements.

  • Review and resolve audit observations related to the credit department.

  • Supervise the performance of all credit schemes and products.

  • Issue policy instructions, circulars, and guidance to field staff.

  • Monitor digital credit initiatives including E-Credit Scheme and PLRA projects.

  • Coordinate with Federal and Provincial Governments, SBP, PLRA, PITB, and other stakeholders.

  • Improve efficiency of the credit delivery ecosystem.

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Job Description

ZTBL is hiring a highly motivated professional for the position of Credit Operation VP-I/VP. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring credit operations, agricultural lending programs, subsidy claims management, disbursement monitoring, collection performance analysis, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in achieving the Bank’s credit and development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, implement, and monitor the Bank’s annual credit plan.

  • Assess credit demand, regional performance, and agricultural financing requirements.

  • Analyze and monitor regional disbursement performance.

  • Monitor operational credit schemes and ensure efficiency.

  • Manage registration and approval of tractor manufacturers, suppliers, and models.

  • Implement agricultural lending policies and directives issued by SBP and Government authorities.

  • Handle complaints, applications, and public references received through official channels.

  • Prepare quarterly subsidy claims under PM-Kissan Package programs.

  • Monitor loan collection and repayment performance.

  • Ensure timely dissemination of MIS reports.

  • Support achievement of organizational credit targets.

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
