Institute of Kidney Diseases (IKD) Hayatabad Peshawar Jobs 2026 – Situations Vacant

The Institute of Kidney Diseases (IKD), MTI-HMC Hayatabad Peshawar, operating under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions (MTI) Reforms Act, 2015, invites applications from qualified Pakistani citizens for various medical positions on a contract basis. Eligible male and female candidates with the required qualifications and PM&DC registration are encouraged to apply.

Vacant Positions

1. Experimental Registrar / Specialist Registrar (IPS-12)

Specialties:

  • Urology

  • Paediatric Urology

  • Nephrology

  • Paediatric Nephrology

  • Transplant Urology

  • Transplant Nephrology

Eligibility:

  • MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC.

  • FCPS in the relevant specialty or equivalent qualification approved by PM&DC.

  • Current and valid PM&DC registration.

Employment Type: Contract (Non-Extendable – 2 Years)

2. Experimental Registrar / Specialist Registrar – Intensive Care & ICU (IPS-12)

Eligibility:

  • MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC.

  • Preference for FCPS in Intensive Care, Pulmonology, Internal Medicine with ICU experience, MRCP, American Board (MD), or equivalent qualifications.

  • Second preference: FCPS Anesthesia.

  • Valid PM&DC registration.

Employment Type: Contract (Non-Extendable – 2 Years)

3. Trainee Registrar (IPS-11)

Specialties:

  • Urology

  • Paediatric Urology

  • Nephrology

  • Paediatric Nephrology

  • Radiology

  • Transplant Urology

  • Transplant Nephrology

Eligibility:

  • MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC.

  • Completion of structured postgraduate fellowship training (FCPS/MD or equivalent).

  • Preference for candidates who completed fellowship training within the last three years.

  • Valid PM&DC registration.

Employment Type: Contract (Non-Extendable – 3 Years)

4. Medical Officer – Anesthesia (IPS-11)

Eligibility:

  • MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC.

  • House Job completed.

  • Valid PM&DC registration.

  • Preference for candidates with postgraduate qualification or relevant experience.

Employment Type: Contract (Non-Extendable – 3 Years)

5. Medical Officer – ICU (IPS-11)

Eligibility:

  • MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC.

  • Valid PM&DC registration.

  • One year of post-qualification experience in ICU, Pulmonology, or Anesthesia will be preferred.

Employment Type: Contract (Non-Extendable – 3 Years)
