Information Technology University (ITU), Lahore has announced job opportunities under the Higher Education Commission (HEC) National Research Program for Universities. These positions are part of a research project focused on developing innovative virtual labs using digital twin technology for outcome-based engineering education.

Available Position

Research Assistant (02 Positions)

Age Limit

Maximum age limit is 45 years.

Qualification Requirements

Candidates must have at least 16 years of education in one of the following fields:

Electrical Engineering
Computer Engineering
Software Engineering
Computer Science
Artificial Intelligence
Mechatronics Engineering
or any closely related discipline recognized by HEC.

Degrees must be from a recognized university or institution.

Experience Requirements

Applicants should have relevant experience in fields such as:

Applied electromagnetics
RF and antennas
Microwave engineering
Software development and simulation
Embedded systems
IoT
Artificial intelligence
Data analytics

Strong programming skills, technical writing ability, and good English communication skills will be considered an advantage.

Job Type

This is a project-based position under HEC-funded research. Selection will be based on merit and relevant expertise.
