Information Technology University (ITU) has announced job opportunities under the Higher Education Commission – National Research Program for Universities (NRPU-HEC). The project is focused on developing innovative virtual labs using digital twin technology for industry-ready engineering education.

Research Assistant (2 Positions)
These positions are offered on a lump sum basis with an age limit of 45 years.

Qualification Requirements
Candidates must have at least 16 years of education in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized university or institution.

Experience Requirements
Applicants should have relevant experience in applied electromagnetics, RF and antennas, microwave engineering, software development, simulation, embedded systems, IoT, artificial intelligence, or data analytics.

Strong programming skills, technical writing ability, and good English communication skills will be considered an added advantage.
