Job Description

The Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) invites applications from highly qualified professionals for the position of Head (Sales & Marketing) on a contract basis. This role is responsible for leading the business development and marketing efforts for steel and engineering products, focusing on strategic growth, client relationship management, and market expansion.

The selected candidate will work with HMC’s senior management to drive marketing initiatives, enhance sales performance, and manage key accounts in both public and private sectors.

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, or related discipline).

  • Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in Business Development / Marketing of Steel or Engineering Products, particularly in:

    • Defence

    • Sugar

    • Cement

    • Oil & Gas (O&G)

    • Fertilizers

    • Chemical Industry

  • Experience dealing with public and private sector clients will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and marketing strategies for HMC products.

  • Manage and grow client relationships in both public and private sectors.

  • Develop business opportunities in steel and engineering product markets.

  • Provide strategic insights to senior management for market expansion.

  • Oversee marketing campaigns, branding, and product positioning.

  • Achieve revenue and growth targets for the organization.
