1. Procurement Specialist

  • Posts: 01

  • Maximum Age: 50 Years

Qualification

  • Master's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in procurement and contract management.

  • Experience with public sector or donor-funded projects will be preferred.

2. Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

  • Posts: 01

  • Maximum Age: 45 Years

Qualification

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Public Health, Social Sciences, Economics, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

  • Experience with DHIS-2 or similar health information systems is preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

3. Data Analyst

  • Posts: 04

  • Maximum Age: 45 Years

Qualification

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience

  • Experience in data management, analysis, and reporting.

  • Knowledge of BOQs/data reporting tools will be an advantage.

  • Good command of Microsoft Office.

4. Financial Management Specialist

  • Posts: 01

  • Maximum Age: 45 Years

Qualification

  • MBA (Finance), ACCA, CA, M.Com, or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience

  • Relevant experience in financial management, budgeting, and accounting.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

5. Database Management Specialist

  • Posts: 01

  • Maximum Age: 45 Years

Qualification

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Experience in database administration and enterprise database management.

  • Knowledge of EAM/ERP systems will be considered an advantage.

  • Good computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

6. Data Entry Operator

  • Posts: 01

  • Maximum Age: 45 Years

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience

  • Relevant experience in data entry and record management.

  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications.

7. Office Assistant

  • Posts: 02

  • Maximum Age: 45 Years

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience

  • Relevant office administration experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
