The Upscaling of Green Pakistan Program (Wildlife Component), Balochistan has announced a career opportunity for the position of Community Development Specialist (BPS-18). The appointment will be made on a project basis for an initial period of two years, including a six-month probation period, with the possibility of extension based on performance evaluation.

The selected candidate will contribute to community engagement, social development initiatives, and project implementation activities under the Wildlife Component of the Green Pakistan Program in Balochistan.

Position Details

Position: Community Development Specialist (BPS-18)
Pay Scale: PPS-08 (BPS-16 to 18 Equivalent)
Monthly Pay Package: Rs. 218,750
Number of Posts: 01
Place of Posting: Quetta
Maximum Age Limit: 65 Years

Required Qualification

Candidates must possess at least a Master’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:

  • Rural Development

  • MPA / Social Sciences

  • Anthropology

  • Sociology

  • Social Work

  • Development Studies

Experience

Experience requirements will be as specified in the approved Terms of Reference (TORs) for the position.
