President / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading National Bank of Pakistan, driving strategic growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing financial performance, and overseeing the bank's overall operations.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must possess:

Graduation or equivalent qualification
Degree from a local or foreign institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan

Experience Requirements

Candidates must:

Be a career banker
Have at least 5 years of experience at a senior management level
Hold the position of Executive Vice President (EVP) or above
Have equivalent senior experience in a Bank or Development Finance Institution (DFI)

Age Criteria

Applicants must be:

Minimum Age: 40 Years
Maximum Age: 62 Years

Eligibility Criteria
