Job Description

NGC is hiring experienced audit professionals for its Internal Audit department. These roles involve risk assessment, governance review, compliance monitoring, reporting, and audit execution at different managerial levels.

Candidates will be responsible for ensuring strong audit controls, transparency, and effective internal governance across the organization.

1. Deputy Chief Internal Auditor

  • Leads enterprise risk-based audit planning and execution

2. Deputy Chief Internal Auditor

(Quality Review, Reporting & Follow-up, Policies & Procedures, Admin & Payments)

  • Handles audit follow-ups and policy implementation

3. Manager Audit (Risk Assessment, Planning & Execution) – 2 Positions

4. Manager Audit (Quality Review, Reporting, Follow-up & Special Assignments)

5. Manager Audit (Capacity Building, Admin & Payment)

Job Requirements

For Deputy Chief Internal Auditor:

  • CA qualified with 5 years post-qualification experience OR

  • ACMA/ACCA with 10 years experience

  • CIA, CISA, CFE certifications preferred

  • Age limit: up to 45 years

For Manager Audit Roles:

  • CA with 4 years experience OR

  • ACMA/ACCA with 8 years experience

  • Certifications in CIA, CISA, CFE preferred

  • Age limit: up to 40 years

Skills & Competencies

  • Internal auditing & risk assessment

  • Governance, compliance & reporting

  • ERP / audit systems knowledge preferred

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
