Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC):

  • MBA

  • CA

  • ACMA

  • FCMA

  • LL.B

Experience Required

  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

  • Experience in comparable public sector or private sector organizations.

  • Strong administrative, governance, legal, finance, corporate affairs, or board secretariat experience will be preferred.

Job Description

Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) is seeking an experienced and highly qualified professional for the position of Secretary Board of Trustees (BoT). The selected candidate will support the Board in governance, compliance, policy implementation, board coordination, record management, stakeholder communication, and strategic administrative functions.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, regulatory understanding, and the ability to work with senior management and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Board of Trustees meetings and agendas.

  • Prepare board papers, minutes, and official records.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and governance requirements.

  • Facilitate communication between management and Board members.

  • Maintain confidential institutional documentation.

  • Monitor implementation of Board decisions.

  • Provide administrative and strategic support to the Board.

  • Liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities.

  • Assist in policy development and governance initiatives.

Selection Process

Written Test

  • 70% Weightage

Interview

  • 30% Weightage

Only candidates qualifying the written examination and meeting the prescribed criteria will be shortlisted for interviews.
