District & Session Courts Abbottabad is offering a Paid Internship Programme 2026 focused on the digitization of judicial records. Fresh graduates are invited to apply for this structured training opportunity designed to develop practical skills in digital record management within the judicial system.

The internship is temporary and project-based, aimed at supporting the transformation of court records into a fully digitized system. Selected candidates will work under supervision and gain hands-on experience in document management, data entry, and archival systems.

Paid Internship Programme 2026
Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 30,000. The duration of the internship is 3 to 6 months, depending on performance and project requirements. The eligibility age range is 20 to 30 years.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Science. Candidates with experience in scanning, data entry, or digital record management will be preferred. Strong moral character, discipline, and integrity are essential requirements for selection.

Scope of Work
Selected interns will be responsible for scanning case files, registers, and official documents. They will perform indexing of case numbers, party names, and categories. The role also includes data entry, metadata uploading, digital cataloging, and proper digital archiving using standardized file naming systems.

Nature of Internship
This internship is temporary and strictly task-based, limited to digitization work only. It does not lead to regular employment or government service rights. A completion certificate will be awarded based on verified performance.

Selection Process
Vacancies will be publicly advertised and filled purely on merit. Applications will be screened, and shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews conducted by the District & Sessions Judge committee. Selected candidates will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. A surety bond of Rs. 300,000 is mandatory at the time of joining.

Security and Conduct Rules
Personal mobile phones, USB devices, and cameras are strictly prohibited during work. All tasks must be performed on official court systems only. Daily work logs will be maintained and verified by supervisors. Any breach of confidentiality will be treated as serious misconduct.

Violations and Penalties
Any violation of rules may result in immediate termination of the internship. The surety bond may be forfeited, and financial recovery can be initiated. In serious cases, legal or criminal proceedings may also be taken.
