The Divisional Director Health Services, Mekran Division invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates for multiple medical and healthcare positions on a contract basis. The initial contract will be for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Job Nature and Employment Terms
All positions are offered on a contract/adhoc basis under government policy. Selected candidates will be posted in various healthcare institutions across Mekran Division including Kech, Gwadar, Panjgur, and Turbat. Continuation of service will depend on performance and departmental requirements.

Available Positions (Medical & Healthcare Staff)
A wide range of vacancies are available under BPS-16 to BPS-18, including but not limited to Assistant Professors in multiple specialties such as Anesthesiology, Pediatrics, ENT, Radiology, Cardiology, Neurology, Gynecology, Medicine, General Surgery, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, and Neurosurgery.

In addition, positions are available for Senior Registrars in multiple specialties including General Surgery, Pediatrics, Medicine, ENT, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology, Psychiatry, Neurology, and Pulmonology.

Other key positions include Physicians, Medical Officers, Lady Medical Officers, Dental Surgeon, Clinical Instructor, Head Nurse, Staff Nurse, and Male Nurse across various hospitals and RHCs in Mekran Division.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess relevant qualifications recognized by PMDC/PMC or Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) where applicable.

  • Assistant Professors: MBBS with relevant postgraduate specialization and valid PMDC registration

  • Medical Officers / Lady Medical Officers: MBBS with valid PMDC registration

  • Dental Surgeon: BDS with valid PMDC registration

  • Nursing Staff: BS Nursing / General Nursing with PNC registration

  • Senior Registrars: Relevant postgraduate training and specialization requirements as per PMC rules

Only recognized degrees and valid registrations will be accepted. Experience in relevant fields will be preferred.

Selection Criteria
Selection will be made purely on merit and interview performance. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in test or interview. Candidates already working in government or semi-government departments must apply through proper channel with NOC.
