Applications are invited from eligible candidates having domicile of Sindh Province for recruitment against the following posts in the Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation for Colleges, Sindh (College Education Department), Government of Sindh.

Available Vacancies

1. Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 21–28 Years

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree (at least 2nd Division) or equivalent CGPA from HEC recognized university

  • 06 months certificate in Shorthand & English Typing from recognized institute (SBTE)

  • Shorthand speed: 120 WPM

  • English typing speed: 35 WPM on computer

  • MS Office certificate from SBTE recognized institute

2. Data Input Operator (BPS-12)

  • No. of Posts: 03

  • Age Limit: 21–28 Years

Qualification & Experience (Option 1):

  • Graduate (2nd Division) from HEC recognized university

  • Diploma in Computer Science / IT from SBTE/STEVTA recognized institute

OR (Option 2):

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science / IT (2nd Division or equivalent CGPA) from HEC recognized university

3. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 21–28 Years

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate (2nd Division) from HEC recognized university (HEC recognized)

  • 06 months certificate course in MS Office from SBTE recognized institute / Trade Testing Board

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Applications must be submitted within 15 days of advertisement publication

  2. Candidates must pass STS General Screening Test (Graduation Category) with at least 40% marks

  3. Relevant certificate issued by STS is required

  4. Age will be calculated from closing date of application submission

  5. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of Sindh rules (S&GAD notifications)

  6. Candidates already in Government service must apply through proper channel with NOC

  7. Appointments will be made as per Government of Sindh policy and Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973

  8. Candidates will be called for interview by Departmental Selection Committee

  9. Original documents must be presented at interview

  10. No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview

  11. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
