🎯 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

🎓 Education

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Preferably in:

    • Banking

    • Finance

    • Economics

    • Business Administration or related fields

💼 Experience

  • Must be a career banker

  • Minimum 5 years experience at senior level

  • Position requirement:

    • EVP (Executive Vice President) or above

    • Or equivalent senior banking role

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Banking operations

    • Risk management

    • Business model and financial structure

🎂 Age Limit

  • 40 to 65 years

⏳ Tenure

  • Initial term: 3 years

  • Extendable with mutual consent

📑 TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Appointment will be on contract basis

  • Salary will be market-based package

  • Selected candidate will be posted at Head Office Muzaffarabad

  • Fit & Proper criteria as per State Bank of Pakistan rules

  • No TA/DA for interview

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called
