Applicants must submit attested copies of the following documents:

  • Valid CNIC, both sides

  • Domicile Certificate

  • MBBS Degree

  • Detailed marks sheets of all professional examinations

  • House Job Certificates

  • Valid PM&DC Registration Certificate

  • CPSP / University Part-I Result Card

  • Job experience certificate, if applicable

  • Appointment notification / order with experience certificate

  • University certificate showing distinction, if applicable

  • Published papers, up to 05 papers, in HEC / PM&DC approved journals, if applicable

  • PM&DC equivalence examination result card for foreign graduates

  • Relevant prerequisite training certificates for applicable specialties

Important Eligibility Requirements

  • Training is restricted to AJK State Subject holders only.

  • PG slots will be filled purely on merit basis.

  • Candidates must clearly mention contact details, specialty choice and institution choice.

  • Choices once submitted cannot be changed.

  • Candidates already doing paid PG training in AJK hospitals are not eligible.

  • Applications received after due date or incomplete applications will not be entertained.

  • Government / contract employees must apply through proper channel.

  • Selected candidates will have to submit required affidavit and surety bond.

Specialty-Specific Requirements

  • Candidates applying for FCPS Cardiology and Nephrology must have completed 2 years General Medicine training.

  • Candidates applying for FCPS Neuro Surgery, Pulmonology and Neurology must have completed 2 years General Surgery training.

  • Candidates applying for CCM must meet required prerequisites for training outside AJK.

  • Candidates applying for Accident & Emergency must fulfill required training prerequisites.

Surety Bond Requirement

Selected candidates may be required to submit a surety bond of PKR 1.5 million for EOL if selected through PSC, subject to serving the Department of Health after completion of training.

A mandatory surety bond must also be submitted before commencement of PG training, requiring service in the Department of Health for five years after training.
